Steam login is required to identify your in-game account. This is how we know which player to grant rewards to.

We never have access to your Steam password or private information.

Rewards are typically applied within 5 minutes of completing the linking process. If you're currently in-game, you may need to reconnect.

If you don't receive your rewards within 30 minutes, please contact support.

Make sure you've completed all the steps in the wizard. Each platform needs to be linked separately.

If issues persist:
• Make sure you actually joined the Discord server / Steam group
• Try reconnecting to the game server
• Contact support

Yes! You can unlink your accounts at any time. However, note that unlinking will also remove the associated rewards.

If you need to transfer rewards, please contact support.
